About This Part:
Titan-6M increased the complexity with intersecting internal features, deeper cuts, and tighter dimensional relationships. This part required careful attention to the feature order, since the geometry depends on properly nested extrusions and clean sketch management.

The biggest challenge was aligning multiple internal cutouts while maintaining the part's symmetry and machining intent. I used SolidWorks to model the geometry based on the official Titans print and created a clean, fully toleranced drawing to match. This model was submitted and approved for certification.
