About This Part:
Titan-84L is a foundational lathe project from the Titans of CNC Lathe Series. The part focuses on precision turning techniques, including facing, OD profiling, chamfering, and internal boring. This project allowed me to deepen my understanding of lathe toolpaths and machine setup, while reinforcing tight tolerances and clean edge transitions.

I programmed the part using SolidCAM’s lathe operations and verified the toolpaths through simulation. The G-code was then visualized in NC Viewer to ensure correct cutting sequences, tool changes, and work offsets. This project represents a key step in building my CNC lathe programming skills.
